1. Return and Refund Eligibility

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided that the items meet the following criteria:

  • The products are unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Certain items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. These include:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Opened or used items where hygiene is a concern (e.g., body oils, candles)

2. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If an item is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description on the website, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair, in accordance with UK consumer rights law. Please contact us immediately to arrange the return of the faulty product and select your preferred resolution (refund or replacement).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at support@sukonta.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the product(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.
     
  2. Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with return instructions. Unless the product is faulty or damaged, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
     
  3. Return Address: Please send the returned items to the address provided by our support team.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days of Sukonta receiving the returned items. Please note that shipping costs (if applicable) will not be refunded unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Late Returns

Returns outside the 14-day window will not be eligible for a refund unless the products are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

6. Exchanges

At this time, Sukonta does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
