We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, delivery location, and the weight of your order.

  • Standard Insured Shipping
    • Cost: £4.99 Calculated at checkout (Free on orders over £89.99)
    • Delivery Time: 7-14 business days depending on the destination

Please note that international customers may incur additional shipping fees, and delivery times can vary based on the destination country and customs processing.

2. Order Processing

 

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information.

3. Shipping Restrictions

 

  • We ship to most locations worldwide. However, some items may have shipping restrictions due to size or nature. If this is the case, we will notify you before processing the order.

  • Sukonta is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

  • Accurate Address: Please ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are unable to make changes to the address once an order has been dispatched.
  • If you notice an error in the shipping address after your order is placed, please contact us immediately at support@sukonta.co.uk, and we will do our best to amend it before the package is shipped.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
